1. Description

cafeBot is a privately hosted Discord bot that provides entertainment, moderation, and utility features for Discord communities. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by Discord, Inc.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By using the Bot, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Bot or its features.

3. Ownership and Hosting

• cafeBot is fully developed, owned, and hosted by beanbeanjuice.
• All data processed by the Bot is handled on servers under the control of beanbeanjuice.
• The Bot operates independently and is not a service provided by Discord, Inc.

4. Eligibility

You must comply with Discord’s own Terms of Service and Community Guidelines to use cafeBot. If you are below the minimum age required by Discord (typically 13 years old or older per local law), you may not use the Bot.

5. Bot Usage and Conduct

You agree not to use cafeBot to:

• Violate any applicable law or Discord policy.
• Send or store illegal, offensive, or infringing content.
• Harass, abuse, or exploit others through the Bot.
• Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Bot or its infrastructure.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, clone, or replicate the Bot’s code or features.

6. Bot Availability

cafeBot is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. We make no guarantees about uptime, performance, or feature availability. The Bot may be modified, suspended, or removed at any time without notice.

7. Data Processing

When you use the Bot, certain data from Discord may be processed as necessary to provide its features. Details on what is collected and how it is handled can be found in our Privacy Policy.

8. Intellectual Property

All code, branding, and features of cafeBot are the property of beanbeanjuice. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Bot is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We disclaim all warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, beanbeanjuice shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Bot.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to remove the Bot from any server or restrict its use at our discretion, including for violations of these Terms or misuse.

12. Changes to the Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Bot after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
